You don't have to feel out of control.  You don't have to feel nervous.  You don't have to feel tired and foggy all the time.  You don't have to be totally stressed out!  Believe me, I've been there myself.  I totally remember what it was like to be a student -- and I was a student for a LONG time!  Since then, I've been a college teacher so I'm around students all the time - most of them stressed out.  Over the years, I've been teaching my students how to de-stress and how to deal with stress...  I finally decided to make a stress management site specially designed FOR students -- and anyone else who feels stressed out. 
So, settle down and KNOW that you CAN lower your stress!  You really ARE in control of what's going on in your world!  YOU CAN ACTUALLY BE HAPPY AND RELAXED -- yeah, even while you're a student!

Taking care of your body will help you manage stress and be able to handle it better when it does come.  This area will teach you about how to improve your nutritional habits, your sleeping habits, and your exercise habits.  Not only will you be able to react better to stress, you'll be fitter and healthier too!

:: Your Mind ::
What you do, what you listen to, what you see and who you talk to during your day has a huge impact on the levels of stress in your life AND how able you are to deal with stress.  This area has some very simple things you can do (and not do) to reduce stress in your life.

:: Relaxing ::
Amazingly, relaxing -- really relaxing -- isn't something that comes naturally to most people.  This is especially true for students!  School, work, family, friends...  When do you take time out of all of this just for yourself?  This area has relaxation exercises and techniques that you can do to greatly lower your stress levels.

:: School ::
"Grown-ups" often forget what being a student is like -- or maybe they didn't go to college, so they just have no idea.  Even if they did, we are living in a different world now.  Lots of pressure, lots of competition, lots of stress.  But, no fear, there are definitely things you can do to make school a much less stressful place.
